Lady Liberty in New York harbor isn’t just a monument; she’s a reminder of those hard fights, and of France’s solidarity with the young republic. We talk about „we the people” and the Bill of Rights: the president stands for the people, not for some industry or bank. We’re part of nature, not a master race over a slave race — history shows where that ends. Everybody is needed — every eye, the farmer, the mechanic, the teacher, your neighbor.
